User Agreement
The following Terms and Conditions are the basis on which Freebaye offers you access to its services.
In this User Agreement, Freebaye is known as "Freebaye" or "we".
Using Freebaye
This site is available for use by persons over the age of 18 years.
While using Freebaye you will not:
- breach any laws or pass on any goods without full consent of the owner
- list inaccurate or misleading information
- distribute any technologies that may harm Freebaye or the interests of its users
- copy the Freebaye logo/brand or other content from the Freebaye website, without our consent
- hold Freebaye responsible for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of use of the Freebaye website
- send spam or general mail to any Freebaye members
Liability
You will not hold Freebaye responsible for other users' actions or inactions. You acknowledge that Freebaye is a only portal to allow anyone to offer an unwanted item, at any time and from anywhere within the UK. .
Freebaye does not guarantee, and you will not hold us responsible for:
- the quality, safety or legality of items advertised
- the truth or accuracy of listings
- the ability of individuals to fulfil an agreed arrangement (exchange of goods)
You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you and the legality of any items you list on the Site.
Privacy & Safety
The Freebaye website enables registered users to share certain information in order to complete arrangements.
We cannot guarantee that other users will respect the privacy or security of your information and therefore we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partners before entering into arrangements and choosing to share certain information with them.
We ask you to respect other users' privacy and disclose your privacy and security policies to them.
You agree to use user information only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, data protection laws) and only for Freebaye arrangement purposes
Licence for Use
When you give us content, you grant us non-exclusive, international, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free right to exercise the copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. In addition, you waive all moral rights you have in the content to the fullest extent permitted by law. (We require these rights to enable us to host and display your content on Freebaye.)
General
At Freebaye, we reserve the right to cancel accounts without notice.
We may amend this User Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site and will become effective immediately.
